Client Management
Comprehensive master data, contract start, industry, key figures (employees, customers, IT workstations), and notes.
Operating Sites & Locations
Management of addresses, geo-coordinates, main contacts, and image uploads per location.
Contact Person Management
Per client and optionally per operating site (role, email, phone, mobile, additional info).
Processing Procedures (RoPA)
Description, categories (incl. Art. 9), periods. Linking to clients, IT devices, and responsible persons.
IT Device Inventory
Device types, manufacturer, model, serial number, purchase date, details, and image gallery. Assignment to client/operating site.
Data Processing Agreements (DPA)
Suppliers, contract data, details, and PDF uploads. Direct link to procedures.
Website Inventory
Recording of hosting type (internal, external, SaaS) and assignment to client/operating site.
Messages & Communication
Internal module with inbox/outbox, read status, and client reference.
Roles & Rights
