How do you ensure that a solution really fits a customer?
Product testing is an integral part. We don't verify 'a pig in a poke'. The end user is always considered to guarantee individually tailored solutions.
How does automatic contract renewal work?
Contracts usually start with 3 months (DPO Support: 12). They are extended by 3 months each unless cancelled 4 weeks before the end.
Can I bind a support colleague contractually for longer?
Yes, we basically offer this option. Conditions can be discussed individually.
Are there fixed core working hours?
No. Requests are processed upon receipt. Telephone availability is negotiable in the evenings or on weekends if desired.
